Key Highlights for the 2025 impact report 

• Launch of the Packaging Data Hub (PDH): A global platform providing harmonized, expert-validated packaging data across 75+ countries, supporting evidence-based decisions and circular solutions to plastic pollution. 

• Introduction of the Plastic Pollution Mitigation Action Framework (PAF v1): The first structured guide enabling companies to categorize, account for, and report plastic leakage mitigation actions, addressing a critical gap in corporate sustainability. 

• Publication of research and practical guides: Released 4 scientific reports (including 1 peer-reviewed study) and 4 practical guides, offering actionable insights on plastic footprinting, carbon management, and climate strategy. 

• Advancement of sector initiatives and systemic change: Pre-competitive collaborations in watchmaking, textiles, and metals, alongside the Plastic Footprint Network, strengthened shared methodologies and frameworks for scalable impact. 

• Amplifying our voice and global engagement: Engaged over 11,500 participants in The Big Plastic Count 2025, reached over 1 million people through media coverage, and contributed to UN Plastics Treaty INC5.2 negotiations, shaping awareness, policy discussions, and collective action.
